Conveniently located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, we are Indio Dojo Martial Arts, a training facility that specializes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu , Judo, Muay Thai kickboxing and MMA since 1967. Our martial arts kids program combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, MMA and Anti Bullying Self Defense.
We are the only school in the Pittsburgh area with a world-class JUDO, BJJ and MMA instructor. Martial Arts are in Sensei Villefort’s DNA. The son of the legendary Francisco “Master Indio” Silva and brother of world class professional MMA Fighter Yurij Villefort, Sensei Villefort is an active world class competitor.
Danillo’s credentials are hard to match with medals in BJJ & Judo World Championships, and a 15-7 MMA pro record. Members can rest assured that they are learning martial arts skills from a the very best.

Hi! I’m Danillo Villefort
Owner / Head Instructor here at Indio Dojo Martial Arts.
As a martial arts instructor with extensive experience training kids and adults. There is nothing better than seeing new students grow firsthand. But more important than the martial arts skills they learn is the personal skills they develop and carry for life. Martial arts is so much more than just kicking and punching, and getting the next colorful belt; it’s about developing confidence, discipline, character, focus and respect.
With every class we teach, your or your kids are growing in mind, body and character. That’s because martial arts provides instant positive feedback. Through learning to focus on the core moves, they develop discipline and respect. They can instantly see and feel a difference, making them destined to build confidence, self-awareness and self-respect. And of course it’s a ton of FUN!

With over 25 years of competition experience. Danillo has won gold at CBJJO 2003 Wold Cup (blue belt) and two others bronze medals in Worlds IJF (black belt Veteran) , IBJJF (brown belt adult) Championships.
